    This 4th Generation MRCOOL Ceiling Cassette Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 18,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 9,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, one 12,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, two Remotes and two 25 ft. Installation Kits. A low-profile heating and cooling solution that doesn't require ductwork or wall space, and fits discreetly in any space.
    The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!

    Package Includes

    If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 18K BTU Rating of the Condenser.

      • Out of Sight Design. This unit has low profile installation for out of sight heating & cooling.
      • Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16" center - including pre-manufactured I-joists
      • Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function on the remote controller (or smart controller), the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.
