    This 4th Generation MRCOOL Ceiling Cassette Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 9,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, one 18,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, two Remotes, and one 16 ft. and 25 ft. Installation Kits. A low-profile heating and cooling solution that doesn't require ductwork or wall space, and fits discreetly in any space.
    The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!
